Today 12th february, 2008 made it exactly 4 years journey into the world of the fatherless.Today marks 4 years of me being fatherless.
Today marks 4 years my father decided to leave us behind.
Today is a very sad day for me.
Today I remember all the promises my late dad made to me unfulfilled.
Today we remember the death of a great man.
Exactly on 12th Feb. 2004, My father passed on!
Today 12th Feb. 2008, I am 4 years in the FATHERLESS world.
But also today, I come to show respect to my father, my mentor, my hero.
Papa may your soul continue to rest in perfect peace......Amen!

Lost my father, more than a decade ago. The good memories will last forever.
Young man,enyim Obinwanna,I feel you...reading your post reminds me of my late father,a great man,a community politician that commanded fear and respect.My father passed over, August 1989...that makes it 18 years as at august 2007...I miss my dad,but one thing is certain, God has been good and to really show that we love and miss the dead,we must always strive to become a positive influence in our communities...I think when they look down upon the Earth,they would be proud to tell others there,'that's my son'. The Lord that is good be with you and help you become your dreams...Amen.
